Flange Check Valve

The flanged check valve is the valve connected to the pipeline through flanges. It is convenient in installation and maintenance, good sealing performance, etc. Therefore, it has been widely used in industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, and food industry.
Main features of the flange check valve.
- The renewable seal welded seat is standard with stellite 6 while optional screwed in seat;
- Flexible graphite gasket for Class 150 valves, spiral wound gasket for Class 300 & 600 valves, and ring joint for Class 900 & above valves or as an option for the Class 600 valves on customer request;
- Can be placed at the bottom of the center line of the valve body according to the requirements of the user, to ensure that the valve body is blocked by small impurities, there is a maintenance point to remove these small impurities;
- Is Simple and Compact structure, small volume, low weight. It is easy to realized quickly open/close, reliable sealing, excellent performance.

The flanged check valve is widely used in multiple fields, mainly including:
- Coal Chemical Industry: the flanged check valve can adapt to complex working conditions. It is resistant to high pressure, corrosion, and high temperature and can operate stably in a high-pressure environment, effectively preventing the backflow and ensuring production safety.
