Non-rising Stem Resilient Seated Gate Valve DIN F4

Non-rising stem resilient seated gate valves are suitable for pipelines and equipment carrying liquid and gas media, and are used to cut off and regulate the media.
In a resilient seated gate valve, the movement direction of the resilient gate plate is perpendicular to the fluid direction. Therefore, the resilient seated gate plate can only be fully opened or fully closed and cannot be used for regulation and throttling. The resilient seated gate valve achieves a good sealing effect through the deformation compensation function generated by the overall rubber coating of the gate plate, overcoming the problems of poor sealing, water leakage, and rusting commonly found in ordinary gate plates. This type of gate valve features quick installation, easy maintenance, a long service life, and is less prone to water hammer.
The bottom of the resilient seated gate valve is designed with a flat bottom, the same as that of water pipes, which prevents the accumulation of debris and ensures unobstructed fluid flow.
Main features of non-rising stem resilient seated gate valve DIN F4.
- All parts are isolated by POM (polyformaldehyde) component.
- A stem dust guard is fitted.
- Integrated design stem with high strength and durability.
- The wedge is fully vulcanized with WRAS approved EPDM for drinking water.
- Wedge with central guides to avoid rubber friction when operating.
- Internally and externally coated with fusion bonded epoxy (FBE).
- Full and straight bore avoids turbulence, pressure loss and venturi effect.8. Back seal design allows for replacement of stem seals under operating pressure.
- Stem nut is separated from the wedge to avoid seizing-up.
- Unique gland seaI design is differ from most of manufacturers.

Applications of non-rising stem resilient seated gate valve DIN F4.
It is used as a regulating and shut-off device on fluid pipelines in systems such as residental water, sewage, construction, food, power, medicine, metallurgy, and energy.

Is a non-rising stem gate valve open or closed?
The position of a non-rising stem gate valve (open or closed) cannot be simply judged by its outside. It can be either open or closed depending on the actual operation and control. When the valve is turned in a certain direction to move the gate plate away from the flow passage, the valve is open, allowing fluid to pass through; when the gate plate is moved to block the flow passage, the valve is closed, preventing fluid from flowing.
