Stainless Steel Globe Valve

Stainless Steel Globe Valve
The stainless steel globe valve is a gate valve that is used to cut off the flow. It is made of stainless steel. This valve has relatively high requirements for the material of the valve body, and generally the options are 301, 304, and 316 stainless steel . The most ourstanding advantage of stainless steel globe valve is that it will not rust regardless of exposure to wind and sunlight, or the rusting is very slow, allowing it to be used for a long time. It is really a top choice among globe valves. This valve can be further divided into electric stainless steel globe valve, pneumatic stainless steel globe valve, and manual stainless steel globe valve.
The stainless steel globe valve has a simple structure, is relatively convenient for manufacturing and maintenance; it has a small working stroke and a short opening and closing time; it has good sealing performance, with small friction force between the sealing surfaces, and a relatively long service life.
- The movement travel of the valve disc is small, so the opening and closing time will be shortened compared with the gate valve, the valve height will be much shorter, but the structure length will be longer;
- The sealing surface is not easy to be worn and scraped, because the sealing surface and valve seat are sealed by rigid torque of valve stem, and there will not be mutual friction contact for a long time like a gate valve, so the globe valve has a longer service life and does not need long-term maintenance to maintain the normal operation of the valve;
- Has a simple structure, easy manufacturing, and maintenance;
- The stem is designed in anti-blow-out stem conical backseat surface to permit repacking of valve in the fully open position.

Due to its unique material and excellent performance, the stainless steel globe valve is widely applied in multiple fields:
- Petrochemical Industry: stainless steel globe valves are used to control and regulate the flow of various corrosive media and high-temperature and high-pressure fluids.
- Chemical Industry: the production of chemicals requires precise flow control. Stainless steel globe valves are often used in the regulation of fine chemicals and special chemical reaction processes.
- Power Industry: the cooling water system of power equipment requires a large number of valve devices to ensure safe and stable operation, and the corrosion-resistant stainless steel globe valve is one of the top choices among them.
- Water Treatment Engineering: whether in the process of drinking water treatment or wastewater treatment, it is necessary to precisely control and adjust the water flow to ensure the safety of water quality and compliant discharge. Stainless steel globe valves can well meet these requirements.
- Food Processing Industry: the transportation of liquid raw materials on the food production line requires a strictly controlled pollution-free environment. Using stainless steel globe valves can ensure food safety and avoid the risk of secondary pollution.
- Pharmaceutical Industry: many processes in pharmaceutical production have high cleanliness requirements. In scenarios such as fermentation tanks or water for injection systems, globe valves made of stainless steel are mostly used to ensure product quality and safety.
