- It is designed with an automatic pressure relief structure. When the change of pressure or temperature in the pipeline causes an abnormal rise of pressure in the valve body, the medium will open the sealing ring by the pressure of overpressure for automatic pressure relief, so as to ensure the safety of the valve and the pipeline;
- It has a reliable seating design in low pressure. In very low-pressure lines, depending on the seat itself seal can not be guaranteed, there may be a small leakage. Therefore, WAYVALVE designed the valve seat sealing form loaded by the plate spring. Under the condition of low pressure, the pressure of the plate spring makes the valve seat close to the ball, which ensures the reliable sealing and the sealing performance of the ball valve in long-term use;
- It has a reliable seating design in high temperature. In the seating of medium and high-temperature structures, using para polystyrene as seal material which can be used in the temperature of 300 ℃, as well as higher temperatures was designed using metal seal combination of high-temperature resistant material;
- It also has a fire protection structure, anti-blow-out stem, and anti-static international standard structure.
